They weren't rude or anything but they clearly didn't care. They were too busy dicking around behind the counter, talking, texting and ignoring everything else going on around them. We were good sports and never said a thing to the staff, but they clearly didn't care. We must have stood there for nearly forty minutes. Eventually mine came about fifteen minutes after that. Then my friend's order finally came even though he ordered after me. Fast forward a couple of minutes and we all placed our orders and waited. This option is great because you can get two sauces instead of one. I ordered a DC-10, which is about a pound of chicken. Two friends of mine and I, fresh from a trip to the nearby Aeronaut Brewery decided to walk over to this location to get us some wings to go. Now I live far away enough from any location to only go there once a year, if that. Then the quality went downhill about 6 years ago and being more health conscious as well, I decided to go there only occasionally.
They weren't all that healthy, but it was college. They were a go-to staple of mine when going out with friends as the chicken was tender, delicious and the numerous sauces were all. I had always been a fan of "Wings Over (insert city here)" ever since they invaded Brookline nearly a decade ago. I would go back again just to get one of those!!! And the people in there could not have been nicer. It wasn't too think or too thick and had a great vanilla flavor and ice cream. However, the vanilla ice cream shake (frappe) I got was excellent. The chicken was cooked to order, so it was good but still kind of average. The BBQ sauce was respectable but ordinary. I ordered a BBQ chicken plate and a chicken caesar salad and a vanilla shake. Otherwise, take it off the menu and offer it as a special on certain days of the week or something else. If you have something on the regular menu, you should have it in stock. ribs but was told that they didn't have any and that if I wanted them in the future, I needed to call first. The BBQ ribs they show on a picture in the window looked really tasty. It was pouring rain, and I was doing something at the UPS store next door and decided to pick up some ribs.
